PRODUCT AVAILABILTY AND PRICING
Infrequently, data and pricing may be inaccurately displayed on our site due to system or human errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors when they occur and we do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices. Our prices are also subject to change without notice. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.
Sometimes with the volume of orders we receive, an item can go out of stock before we are able to post notification to the site. If this does happen, we will notify you personally as soon as this is noted, so that we can help you find another item.
REFUND POLICY
Our 30-day return policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. That's why you can be sure you made the right decision.
If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return the item for a full refund within 30 days after receiving the item, with the exception of watches.
If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return the item for a full refund within 30 calendar days after receiving the item, determined by the first delivery attempt. Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized (by a jeweler other than DiamondsRMine.com), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Engraved jewelry items (not including wedding bands) may not be returned. All items must be returned in their original condition. The return period starts on the first day of attempted delivery of the item to the delivery address. The refund will be in the same form as the purchase was made. Refunds shall be issued after verification of the merchandise, which may take up to 5 business days. Shipping charges are not refundable. Certification and labor costs are also non-refundable. The Purchaser will consider that a Special Order item is non-returnable once ordered or sold. Special Order items are items that are not normally kept in stock, and must be Special Ordered or Custom Made; Such items will be stated as Special Order, and the customer will be informed beforehand. The Special Order item is non-returnable, regardless of return policy stated above. This return policy only applies to the current DiamondsRMine.com Online Division purchase.
HOW TO PREPARE A RETURN
- Get a Return Code. Call 1-877-730-0111 and let us know that you would like to make a return. Write this code in the according field on your return slip.
- Package Your Return. Include all original packaging and collateral material. If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate and that certificate is not returned, you may be liable for the $250 replacement cost. For security reasons, do not write DiamondsRMine anywhere on the outside of the box.
- Insure Your Package. On your invoice, if the price of the item you're returning is listed as:
* Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.*
* More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Blue Nile.* (FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500.)
* More than $25,000: High value returns often require special arrangements. We recommend contacting a Diamonds R Mine to receive assistance and suggested methods to return your purchase.
You must follow these instructions exactly; failure to do so will prevent the processing of your return. If you have any questions about our return procedure, please contact us at returns@diamondsrmine.com.
* Diamonds R Mine will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
WATCHES
Watches have a 7 day return policy. For return credit, the watch must be return within the 7 calendar day return period, in new condition. In addition, all paperwork, tags, boxes, bags, certificates or any other packaging or objects included with the watch must be returned, unaltered and intact.
Purchaser agrees that this Agreement will, for all purposes, be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New York as applied to contracts entered into and to be performed entirely in New York, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Purchaser agrees that any dispute arising out of this Agreement may be addressed by binding arbitration at DiamondsRMine's sole discretion. Purchaser agrees that in the absence of arbitration, any suit or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be commenced exclusively in state court in New York City, New York, and that Purchaser irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts. If allowed by law, all parties using the site or purchasing products from DiamondsRMine.com agree not to bring any legal action on any legal theory against DiamondsRMine.com more than one year after the date of the applicable invoice except for actions arising out of longer warranties offered by DiamondsRMine.com
CONFLICT FREE POLICY
Along with the global diamond industry, DiamondsRMine, has a zero-tolerance policy toward conflict diamonds. Measures such as the Kimberley Process, which tracks diamonds from mine to market, are employed by the industry in partnership with the United Nations, governments, and non-governmental organizations, polices diamond exports to prevent the trade of illegal diamonds.
We only purchase diamonds through the largest and most respected suppliers who, like us, proudly adhere to and enforce the standards established by the Kimberley Process. If any of DiamondsRMine's suppliers was ever found to be in violation of that process, DiamondsRMine.com would immediately sever that relationship. We will continue to support and promote any process that works to uphold legitimacy in the diamond trade.
